Review Process
Content related to health, biomechanics, and clinical evidence is reviewed by Dr. Jing Li, PhD, a specialist in human movement science. Practice guidance is reviewed by Master Mingde Chen, a 12th-generation Chen-style Tai Chi inheritor with decades of teaching experience.
Sourcing & Citations
We prioritize primary sources: peer-reviewed journal articles (PubMed, DOI), classical Tai Chi texts, and official health organization publications (CDC, NIH, WHO). All citations are linked and accessible.
